Landmark Programs

Students enrolling in Landmark programs begin with Landmark Community School’s “Compass” program for their first 30 days. Upon completion of the Compass milestones, students are promoted to “Pathway” status while working toward their high school diploma and maintaining their sobriety.

Every student must:

  • Enter the program with 72 hours of continuous sobriety
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to continue your ongoing recovery from drugs and alcohol
  • Show willingness to attend community meetings
  • Have your mentor attend bi-monthly community meetings
  • Agree to build a working relationship with mental health professional on staff
  • Demonstrate a  personal commitment to  your academic progress
  • Attend school 90% of time
  • Participate in weekly RAP (Recovery-Academic Plan) reviews with your advocate

Landmark Pathway Program

Landmark Pathway Program

Every student must:

  • Reach continuous milestones of sobriety (30,60,90 days…)
  • Participate in community support groups
  • Be currently addressing other concerns related to mental health or 2nd stage recovery issues (i.e. bipolar disorder, depression, ODD, ADHD, eating disorder, anger management, codependency, etc.)
  • Take part in service learning projects
  • Exhibit daily academic progress
  • Complete a minimum of four credits per semester

Enrolling at Landmark is simple. The process is designed to help students get started with a minimum of obstacles while all parties can assess the fit between the student and the program.

STEPS:

  1. Complete and submit a brief, online pre-admission questionnaire.
  2. A Landmark staff member will contact you to schedule an interview and tour.
  3. If you are interested in moving forward, we will provide you our application packet. Once the packet is complete, contact Landmark for an admission meeting.
  4. Begin attending Landmark Compass Program on the date/time designated at the admission meeting.
